By accessing or using the Dentmasters website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all website visitors, customers, and users of Dentmasters services.

 

Services Provided

 

Dentmasters provides automotive repair services including paintless dent repair (PDR), hail damage repair, bumper cover reshaping and surface refinement, motorcycle dent repair, and insurance claim assistance. All services are subject to inspection and approval. Not all damage qualifies for paintless repair. Final repair recommendations are made based on vehicle condition and technician evaluation.

 

Estimates and Pricing

 

All estimates are based on visible damage at the time of inspection. Additional damage discovered during repair may result in supplemental charges. Insurance-related pricing may be subject to insurer approval. Written estimates are valid for a limited time unless otherwise specified. Dentmasters reserves the right to adjust pricing if conditions change prior to repair authorization.

 

Insurance Claims

 

Dentmasters may assist customers with insurance claim documentation and communication; however, the vehicle owner remains responsible for claim approval, deductible payment, and final payment of all repair charges. Dentmasters does not guarantee insurance coverage or claim outcomes. Regardless of insurer decisions, the vehicle owner remains responsible for the full cost of repairs performed.

 

Repair Limitations and Results

 

Paintless dent repair and non-repainting bumper repair involve reshaping existing materials. While we strive for optimal results, minor imperfections may remain depending on damage severity, panel access, prior repairs, or repaint history. Previously repaired, refinished, or weakened panels may limit repair outcomes. Dentmasters does not guarantee complete invisibility of all damage in every case. Repairs are performed to industry standards within the limitations of the vehicle’s existing condition.

 

Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

 

Customers acknowledge that vehicles may have prior damage, repainting, corrosion, filler, or structural weaknesses. Dentmasters is not responsible for failure of prior repairs, concealed damage, rust-related issues, or underlying structural defects. In some cases, pre-existing paint weakness or prior refinishing may result in cracking or lifting during repair attempts. Risks will be communicated when reasonably identifiable.

 

Payment Terms

 

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior written arrangements have been made. Failure to remit payment may result in additional fees and collection efforts as permitted under Virginia law.

 

Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

 

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Customers are encouraged to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Dentmasters reserves the right to reschedule services due to parts availability, weather conditions, technician availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Website Use

 

Users agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, interfere with site security, submit false information, or copy and distribute website content without written permission. All content, logos, branding, text, and materials on the website are the property of Dentmasters and may not be used without authorization.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dentmasters shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Liability for any claim related to repair services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, repairs are provided as is. No express or implied warranties are made beyond those required by law. Any specific workmanship guarantees, if offered, will be documented separately at the time of service.

 

Privacy
