Brad Hodgson
Company Founder and Manager of Our Tysons Corner Location
In 1991, after seven years of car dealership experience, Brad started DentMasters. He opened the DentMasters in Tysons Corner in 2001.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, he attended Edinboro University (now PennWest Edinboro). He resides in Vienna and has three grown children along with four beautiful grandchildren.
Don “The Dent Man” Milleson
Manager of Our Manassas and Fredericksburg Locations
Don “The Dent Man” Milleson is the manager of our Manassas and Fredericksburg locations. Don has been a master technician with DentMasters for over 15 years. In the early stages of the PDR industry, DentMasters’ founder, Brad Hodgson, and Don were competitors. Brad immediately noticed Don’s work ethic, skill, and speed. The two struck a deal, merged, and the rest is history.
Don manages a busy retail shop in Manassas as well as three techs embedded in local area dealerships and body shops. Following a hail storm in 2017, the need arose to expand into the Fredericksburg area. Our temporary location, which initially opened to serve hail, has become a permanent location bustling with local business.
Don continues to perfect his craft, attending Mobile Tech Expo and SEMA shows annually. He is always on the hunt for new great techniques, tools, and talent. Don is happily married with three children and enjoys spending time traveling to both the beach and the mountains.
Dave "Big Dent Dave" Hall
Lead Technician in the Manassas Location
Dave "Big Dent Dave" Hall joined the DentMasters team in 2012. Dave had been working as a Nissan technician since 2004 and earned multiple certifications in ASE. Upon coming to work at DentMasters, Dave trained with Don "The Dent Man" Milleson. Dave excelled in our rigorous training and apprenticeship program and is now a master technician capable of fixing large, complex dents. Dave is also a pro at repairing dents on motorcycle tanks.
Dave is an avid local sports fan, calling the Nats and the Capitals his two favorites! Dave grew up playing baseball from T-ball through high school, and at the ripe old age of 31, Dave joined a slow-pitch softball league! He continues to enjoy these games with local friends today. He couldn't turn down the opportunity to play a sport that reminded him of the old days of playing baseball as a “youngster."
